What started as sit and feel for the mid pegs and low rise handle bars roosters was vary welcoming and homie they let me spend all the time I needed then I sat on the perfect fit bike!! I didnt think a new bike would be in the budget, Crystal made it happen! She found that one more option that fit! Now the hard part waiting for nice weather!! (Employee: Crystal Johnson)

I cant say enough about the people at roosters, my collision repairs we done perfectly. The guys in parts always had time to help me get what I wanted. Sales guys are the easiest to deal with anyway. And the ladies in the clothing department are the best.

Wow!, Where do I start? I had been shopping around at other dealers trying to strike a deal on a new Road Glide Limited, quite simply Id almost given up on this dream because everywhere I went greeted me with pushy sales tactics, horrible trade in values on my well cared for bikes and dealer fees that were beyond belief. I travel for work to Sioux City and as a last ditch effort made a call to sales manager Pablo Gomez, he arranged a ride to the dealership from my hotel provided by Rick Kent. From the moment I was picked up from the hotel to the moment I stepped foot into Pablos office I felt like family, Ive never felt so welcome at ANY Harley dealership ever. Pablo presented me with an offer without haggling that was very fair and my dream just become a reality. Through efforts above and beyond we found my exact bike in another state and made it mine. Rick came to my house at Eagle, NE to pick up my trades and also traveled to KC to pick up my new ride, super personable guy and found great conversation to be had. Next step, the accessory and parts counter where I met Riley, Bill and Zach. These 3 guys are rockstars, I dont think I had one question they didnt have an answer for and they are truly masters at their job and customer service skills. Together we created a custom stage 1 and 2 kit using a combination of parts they recommended and parts I had already researched along with a set of handlebars from Siouxicide choppers that are made locally and proudly displayed and sold in their store. The team also took the time to create a future accessory list for quick reference later on. To the entire team at Roosters HD I cant thank you enough!, I feel like part of a family and enjoyed a true Harley Davidson experience that cant be found anywhere but here. And if anyone from Harley Corporate would happen to see this, Roosters Harley Davidson is the experience and dedication to the brand that all of us riders seek and want. The huge big city corporate dealers with pushy volume sales and lack of friendliness is a huge turnoff for a lot of us riders, its dealerships such as Roosters that will keep the HD brand alive and well for years to come. I recently purchased a 2022 Road Glide Special Apex and a 2011 Wide Glide both from Roosters Harley Davidson in Sioux City Iowa. I had the great opportunity of dealing with Pablo and Blu both as I bought the two bikes. These fellas were so awesome to deal with and were so knowledgeable about the bikes and had answered every one of my questions and also made sure I never was thirsty as they are so great and ensure customer service is their first priority all the way around. After I bought the bikes Zach from parts was the absolute best when it came to building my bikes with accessories! This man had a vision for my bikes like he could read my mind!! He helped me get everything I wanted and even helped me gain a great friendship with Siouxicide Choppers as we bought many items right through them right here in Sioux City! The paperwork end of things which everyone hates but Crystal made it painless and dotted all Is and crossed all Ts and made it very enjoyable with a good visit along the way! I dealt with Ann as the service manager and she ensured I got all the things done in the shop on time!! If you havent met Ann yet peek your head in and say hello. She is wonderful! Then I had the pleasure to deal with Rick also as he helped me in parts also with some great ideas in the future to make my bike even better. Rick also delivered both of my bikes about 50 miles to my residence and staged them in my shop as I was out of town. Now I cant name all of the great people at Roosters that helped make my dreams become a reality but just know that every one of these people deserve a lot of recognition in what they do! So many smiling faces and just outstanding people all the way around who truly put the customer first! This is the experience that we all hope for when you visit a dealership and trade bikes! From start to finish you all were extremely outstanding! Thank you for not only making me a pleased customer but also a coveted friend!
